Who pays the freight on complaints?

“In the event of repair and replacement, the buyer must, at his own expense, arrange for the defective product to be placed at HYD’s disposal at HYD’s place of business… Return of the defective product and shipment of new or repaired product to the buyer is at the buyer’s expense and risk. Furthermore, labor and other consequential costs are not included in HYD’s obligations to the buyer.”
Oil coming out around the piston rod?
If oil comes out around the piston rod, it may be because the seals are not tightened, the procedure here will be to run 3×50 strokes with wiping the piston rod between each cycle.
If oil continues to come out, a complaint is created
