Culture and work environment
Both management and employees strive for the best internal environment. We value a working environment that we all care about. Respect for each other’s work and order and systematics in warehouses and workstations are important. We are thorough with registrations in our ERP system and learn from mistakes instead of hiding them. Time is set aside for training and instruction of new employees and temporary workers. We’re honest about our standards for quality of work. As leaders, we set clear goals, follow up and support each other. Regardless of role, we all thrive and feel part of the company. There is no us and them – we are one team.
