At Hydraflex, we are committed to being socially responsible, ensuring equal pay between men and women, giving people who are outside the labor market a chance and, not least, training new and skilled employees for the future.

We are proud to be part of Code of Care – a nonprofit organization that inspires, informs and innovates in the field of corporate social responsibility.

Our talented students and apprentices are an integral part of everyday life, and in our internal development program there are always more apprentices of both genders.

Training and well-being are important

We are dedicated to creating a modern workplace that prioritizes training and social responsibility. We believe that continuous learning is key to maintaining our employees’ professional skills and motivation throughout their careers. That’s why we have established close collaborations with various stakeholders, including municipalities, companies and educational institutions, to ensure access to relevant training and development.

We also place great importance on the well-being of our employees, as we believe this has a direct impact on product quality. We offer healthy food in our canteen and organize annual health checks to ensure our employees are well both physically and mentally. In addition, we offer support and guidance for a healthier lifestyle, including diet and exercise advice.
