What does quality on time mean?
In a busy world where time is of the essence, we at Hydraflex are dedicated to delivering quality on time. This fundamental promise is deeply rooted in our daily life and values, and it is our primary focus in everything we do.
With our focus on delivering quality on time, we give you peace of mind and confidence that we are your reliable partner who delivers the quality you need, when you need it.
Cleanliness requirements ensure long lifespan
There is a clear correlation between reliability and the amount of contaminants in a hydraulic system. Research shows that around 80% of all hydraulic system failures are caused by oil problems, and of these, around 60% are caused by contaminated oil that exceeds component tolerances. In practice, this means that the cleaner a system is, the longer life you can expect from both the oil and the components.
We have implemented a strict quality management system that ensures a well-defined purity and efficient filtration of our cylinders. This minimizes abnormal wear and tear that could otherwise lead to operational problems or breakdowns. We pride ourselves on delivering products that create added value for our customers and contribute to increased reliability, longer lifetime, better economy and reduced oil consumption.
As proof of our commitment to purity, we supply cylinders with proven purity in accordance with NAS 1638 and ISO 4406 standards.
Quality on time
We value quality assurance to maintain customer confidence in our products. Our processes are described and certified according to ISO 9001, ensuring documented consistency, quality and full traceability of data and materials used in accordance with applicable standards.
We offer 100% traceability and perform special tests in accordance with customer-specified requirements. In addition, NDT tests are performed by a third party to ensure further quality assurance.
